We love the emotion that food evokes and this is what makes us do what we do! We are truly honoured to be part of every couple’s special day. A lot of heart and soul goes into the planning, preparation and delivery of each wedding menu.
What’s one popular question you get?
“Can you include some of our favourite things in the menu?” Of course we can! We work closely with our clients to customise their menu to suit their wedding style and incorporate any special requests they may have.

How do you create a great experience for your couples?
It starts with a connection through a love of food. From the initial enquiry through to the wedding day, we take great care in understanding what our couples want and work together to bring this vision to life. Our extensive knowledge, experience and attention to detail give our clients the confidence to relax and enjoy their day while the team take care of all things food!
What’s one wedding catering idea you love?
We love a good grazing table. It’s a great way to start a celebration so guests can share a drink and mingle and it sets the scene for the evening. It’s also an opportunity to showcase the great produce we have available to us on the South Coast of New South Wales, from freshly shucked oysters to award winning cheeses, locally grown produce and house made products.
What’s your best advice for couples currently planning their wedding?
1. Keep things simple and stay true to yourself.
2. Don’t be afraid to ask questions of your wedding vendors so you are clear on exactly what is included in their service. They are also a wealth of wedding knowledge so tap into that!
3. Always have a Plan B if having an outdoor wedding. This will eliminate any unnecessary stress on the day if the weather goes south!
