Making It Personal

“It was most important to us to create a personal and fun celebration that everyone could enjoy and remember. Everything was bright and there was good food, good wine and good music.”

Finding The One

“It was a pretty smooth process – on my second day of searching, I knew my dress was ‘The One’ when I didn’t want to take it off and try on any more.” Emma paired her beautiful gown with a bouquet featuring cornflowers, dahlias, billy buttons, ferns, peonies, flannel flowers and delphinium.

Ceremony Styling

“We hired pallet benches and cushions for the ceremony and I made the paper cranes for the backdrop.”

Bridesmaid Styling

“I wanted floral dresses and ended up finding them online. We all had to have hot pink shoes and found the perfect ones at Nine West.”

Reception Styling

“I fell in love with a picture from Pinterest with navy and white table runners teamed with hot pink flowers and it grew from there. We hired chairs, table runners, brass candle sticks and festoon lights for the reception. I grew the ferns for the tables and arranged wholesale flowers with my mum and sister. I made the place cards, seating chart and painted the vases.”

Entertaining Guests

“We had a playlist for the ceremony and ‘HP Duo’ played at our reception – they were fabulous!”
